Pastor William Dillon and his wife, Gwen,
serve as Pastor and First Lady of the Pentecostals of El Dorado.
William also serves as National Director for Occupational Chaplains of America 
A national chaplains ministry in the Department of Chaplains which is the credentialing
body for chaplains through the Division of Education UPCI.

Reverend James Fout serves the Pentecostals of El Dorado as the Assistant Pastor.  In addition, he is a chaplain for area companies and the local hospital.

He has been married for 20 years to his wife, Dannette. They have two boys, Daniel and David. El Dorado has been their home for the past 2 years.
